We maintain a large Customer Service Department dedicated to servicing our own clients as well as other marine contractor construction. We consider no call to be too small or immaterial. Our Service Department is managed by a dedicated Service Manager who handles all in-coming service calls and is committed to responding to each call in less than 24-hours. Tracking, scheduling and completion of each service call is maintained through our Customer Relationship Management System – insuring no customer falls through the cracks.
